About Me:

Originally from Los Angeles, CA it has taken some time and a few rough winters to adapt to Iowa, but I have assimilated to Iowa living. My wife and I have lived in the Iowa City area for the last 13 years. We currently live in North Liberty with our 2 children, Jarin and Jordanna.We Love it here!!! I am a graduate of Iowa Wesleyan College where I was a two-sport athlete in basketball and Track. Earning several National and All-conference honors. My hobbies include spending time with my family, traveling, reading, working out (basketball and weightlifting), and watching movies.

Jerome was great at answering all our questions in a timely manner. He was thorough in representing our interests as a buyer, for example, when we had an issue with the radon report he followed up quickly with the seller and communicated our position and resolved the issue. Buying your first home can be stressful especially after researching everything that needs to happen when doing so such as, inspections, negotiations, all the documents, taxes, home insurance.... Between Jerome and my lender, mostly everything was sign here and it's done. It took most the stress away and Jerome educated me through the whole process, stopping to make sure i actually understood it rather than just talking at me. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to close on the place i wanted well under my max budget. Highly Recommend!

Jerome was very helpful throughout my entire buying experience. Due to an expiring lease and grad school starting soon I was in a hurry to find a place. I mentioned this to Jerome in our first call. That afternoon he had already sent me a list of possible properties and I had showings scheduled for the next day.
